Growing up with the family that enjoys home made meals by the people you love is always heart warming for everyone. Just like in the movie ratatouille when you tasted a meal that reminds you of your childhood is always a great experience. Here’s quote from the movie, “I realize, only now do I truly understand what he meant. Not everyone can become a great artist, but a great artist can come from anywhere. It is difficult to imagine more humble origins than those of the genius now cooking at Gusteau’s, who is, in this critic’s opinion, nothing less than the finest chef in France. I will be returning to Gusteau’s soon, hungry for more.” When I tasted the meals that they served it brought me back to my childhood days when my grandmother used to cook for us.
The Korea House by Kim’s Han Guk Kwan is formerly known as EJ Cafe and Restaurant. The Korean culture has invaded the country for the past years, from music, film, beauty and food. Culture and great food meets in a place where everyone is already at home as early as 7pm. Baao is a place where you want to feel the probinsya vibes. It’s my second home, where my mom grew up and still a lot of my relatives are still living there.
In a city where food is one of the main destination, a lot of new cafes and restaurants are popping up in Naga. One of the newest addition to my must try list for is the newly opened Tugawe Cove Cafe located at the newest mall that opened in the city, Robinsons Place Naga.
Every Bicolano knows this brand. It’s always something to look forward to when you go back home. Thank the stars that Bigg’s Diner joined the roster of restaurants, opening at Robinsons Place Naga. It’s the restaurant’s 16th branch located at the ground floor of the mall.
after our visiting Gyeongbokgung Palace we had our lunch at Tosokchon which serves the best Samgyetang (Chicken Ginseng Soup) in Seoul. We just walked from the palace to Tosokchon.
